The warranty, in plain language
Two layers of coverage on every roof we install — our own 10-year workmanship warranty over Owens Corning’s material warranty — written so you can actually read it.

Two warranties on every roof
The workmanship warranty is ours: for ten years, if anything about the installation fails — flashing, fastening, a valley, a detail our crew touched — we come back and fix it. No deductible, no service fee, no argument about whose fault it is. It covers the human decisions on your roof, which is where most roof problems actually start, and it’s honored by a shop fifteen minutes to an hour from your house that has been here for over a decade and plans to stay.
How a warranty call works
Call the office and tell Nikki it’s a warranty issue — that’s the whole process. We schedule the visit, get on the roof, photograph what we find, and fix what’s ours to fix at no cost. If the problem turns out to be something outside the warranty — storm damage, a tree limb, wear on a roof we didn’t install — you get the same photo documentation and one exact written price for the repair, with zero pressure attached. Either way you know exactly what’s happening on your roof by the end of the visit.
What keeps a warranty valid
Most voided roofing warranties die at installation, years before anyone files a claim: shingles laid over old layers, decks with no ventilation cooking the materials from below, coverage never registered with the manufacturer. Our standard practice closes every one of those doors — full tear-off on every replacement, ventilation checked and corrected as part of the job, and registration handled by us as a Preferred Contractor. You don’t have to manage any of it; the roof arrives with its paperwork done.
The Make-It-Right promise, on top of all of it
The warranties cover failures. The Make-It-Right promise covers everything else: if something about the job isn’t right — a scuffed gutter, a missed piece of debris, a detail that bugs you — we come back and make it right until you’re satisfied. It isn’t a legal document and doesn’t need one; it’s the policy that built a five-star record across hundreds of roofs, and it applies to every job, every crew, every time.
Warranty questions.
Everything our crew’s hands touched — flashing, fastening, valleys, ridge details, the installation itself. If it fails because of how it was installed, we fix it free for ten years.
The shingles as a product, under Owens Corning’s limited lifetime terms for single-family homes. As a Preferred Contractor we register it properly so it’s actually enforceable.
The Owens Corning material warranty is generally transferable once within the allowed window, and our workmanship coverage stays with the roof. Tell us when you sell and we’ll confirm the paperwork for your specific coverage.
Yes — the 10-year workmanship warranty stands behind our gutter and siding installation the same as our roofs.
It can complicate the material warranty if it’s done with incompatible product. Call us first — a warranty-safe repair usually costs no more than the risky one.
Nothing, honestly. We keep the job record, the photos and the registration. Your copy of the quote is nice to have; your phone is the only tool a claim requires.
A roof you stop thinking about.
Free inspection, one exact written price, and coverage that means what it says for the next decade.
